Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification with shipment details.

Domestic Shipping

  • Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD): ✅ Free Delivery across India

  • Dispatch Time: Within 1 business day

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

If your order has not been delivered within 7 days of shipping confirmation, kindly contact us at sales@theecomlab.in with your order details, and we will assist you promptly.

Delivery Claims

Any issues related to delivery (including non-receipt or discrepancies) must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date recorded in our system.

Claims raised after this period will be considered invalid, and the company will not be liable for such requests.
